Building Passive Acoustics
The design of Passive Acoustic Requirements, RAP, includes:
Analysis of the project from the point of view of the facades and all their components (walls, windows and doors) to determine their acoustic insulation from external airborne noise and, if necessary, propose corrective solutions;
Analysis of the project regarding the walls and the floor, in order to determine the isolation from airborne and impact noise, reducing the propagation of the normal noises produced by domestic / working life through adjoining rooms and floors. If necessary, propose corrective solutions;
Analysis of the project concerning the technical rooms and other particularly noisy areas to determine the isolation from airborne and impact noise, vibration isolation and, if necessary, propose corrective solutions;
Analysis of the design of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems in order to identify the corrective actions necessary to improve sound insulation;
Study of the reverberation in the common inner rooms of buildings for residential and / or special purpose purposes and, if necessary, propose corrective solutions to improve internal acoustic comfort;
Works supervision and materials approval.
